Marion McKelvie PhD is the principal member and founder of Andion IT Limited.

Marion has worked in the IT industry for over 15 years, in:

software development
IT project management
requirements analysis and design
system and business analysis
IT and management consultancy

She is also ISO9000 quality auditor trained.

Marion's recent work has concentrated on process automation, mainly for website functions, using bespoke jsp and Incodea's Business Pilot. This was based mainly on Linux and open source platforms, although she also has extensive experience of Windows, SQL Server and Office development.

Among many projects in the past, Marion has designed and developed embedded software for scientific instruments, a data collection and distribution system for a national network of point of sale terminals, a page layout editor for a publishing company and a radio despatcher terminal. More recent work includes the production of a fully functional CTI (computer telephony integration) product and its integration with helpdesk system Remedy and a sales-oriented CRM system. Further work in the CRM arena includes extensive work with the AIT 3r system, including attaining Qualified 3r Professional status and also qualification as a Siebel 2000 certified Business Analyst.
